Jennifer Gilbert, Senior Planner at the NH Office of Energy and Planning, has been the state's coordinator for FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) since 2005. As the state coordinator, Jennifer provides technical assistance, education and outreach to all NFIP stakeholders. For six years' prior, Jennifer worked as an environmental planner for CH2M Hill and VHB preparing environmental reports for transportation and natural resources projects and conducting public outreach activities and agency coordination. She also worked as a planner for county and city government for two years. Jennifer has a B.S. in Environmental Planning and Environmental Science and an M.A. in Urban and Regional Planning. Jennifer is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM®) and an Associate in National Flood Insurance (ANFI™).
