Formerly she was Senior Associate for seven years with D. Gallant Management Assoc. providing HR, training, coaching, and counseling expertise. Prior to that she was a senior manager at McKesson Corp. overseeing HR, training, and healthcare compliance. She has also held various management positions in HR, training, and project management, during her 22 years with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
