Amy is an experienced business professional and licensed attorney serving organizations and individuals in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. She takes a personalized approach to each client’s case and enjoys helping regular people solve legal problems. Her education includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Psychology, an MBA and a Master's in Organizational Leadership, and a law degree from the University of Maine School of Law. Amy is also a certified data privacy professional and a certified cybersecurity professional. As a former HR and Safety Manager, her expertise includes a deep knowledge of OSHA regulations. She provides effective representation at the agency level, including the DOL, OSHA, and NH Human Rights Commission, as well as in mediation, settlement negotiation, and court. Amy also provides pro bono representation for domestic violence and stalking victims through 603 Legal Aid and is an Adjunct Instructor with UNH's Professional Development program. She has a daughter in college working on being a future lawyer, along with two rescue dogs, two rescue cats, and two fish at home.
