Career Transition Strategies

Is it time for a career change? Are you unchallenged or hitting a plateau and want a new challenge in your career? In this hands on workshop, participants will use their results from the Strengthsfinder instrument to determine new career fields and specific roles. We will fine tune participants' resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and discuss strategies for marketing your strengths as you look for new opportunities. Completion of the Strengthsfinder instrument prior to class is required and is included in the cost of the workshop. Bring your resume to class!

(This is part of the Leadership & Management and Human Resource Management Certificate Program, but you do not need to enroll in the programs to take this workshop.)
