In this hands on workshop, participants will use their results from the Strengthsfinder instrument to determine new career fields and specific roles. We will fine tune participants' resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and discuss strategies for marketing your strengths as you look for new opportunities. Completion of the Strengthsfinder instrument prior to class is required and is included in the cost of the workshop. Bring your resume to class!

Mary Eisenhauer has over 20 years of experience in human resources in corporate environments, and most recently as a human resources partner at the University of New Hampshire where she focuses on employee relations and organizational development. She holds a master's degree in human resources management and a senior professional in human resources certification, and is a trained practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and certified professional coach.
