How to Become a "VIP" at Work: Valuable, Inspiring, and Promotable

If you want to grow professionally and be considered a valuable, inspiring and promotable (VIP) employee, you need to develop more than just your technical expertise.

To become a true VIP, you need to be a world class "value detective"—someone who knows how to spot opportunities to provide more value to their employer. Because managers hunger for employees who have the "How can I help you achieve your goals?" mindset vs. a "What can you do for me?" mindset, being a value detective automatically sets a VIP apart from the rest.

VIPs don't just have great ideas, they know how to communicate their ideas in fascinating, persuasive and memorable ways. They also have high levels of emotional intelligence and the ability to bring out the best in others.

In this workshop, you will learn what it takes to excel so you can become more of a role model, and make a stronger, more positive impact on your company’s culture. This program is for "high potentials" in any industry who want to turn their potential into results and a powerhouse career.
