One of the most difficult workplace behaviors to contend with is narcissism. Narcissism can be confusing behavior, and at times can feel threatening or even dangerous. Although the term narcissism is used often, few people have been trained to fully understand what the behavior is. Patricia Gianotti, Ph.D, is an author, consultant, and keynote speaker, with a focus on recognizing the costs of narcissistic leadership to individuals, departments, and teams, as well as the long-term costs to the corporate bottom line. Her areas of expertise include group facilitation; program design and presentation; and psychological assessment for individual and group dynamics. Patricia is a published author and founder of The Center for Spiritual Integration.
Stephen Gianotti is the President of The Woodland Group where he works with clients to provide data driven decisions that provide strong foundations for sustainable development and change. His areas of expertise include individual, group, and organizational diagnostics and development; leadership development; executive coaching; and keynote speaking. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the Global Society for Organizational Learning and the Global Coaching Community. Stephen has a Master's in Business Education and is a published author.
