Feedback gives us an opportunity to develop personally, academically and professionally. When we have this additional insight, it provides us with the opportunity to transform, self-correct, and position ourselves for a better future. Feedback gives you an opportunity to identify the positive behaviors you should repeat and identify the negative behaviors you should avoid. This insight is invaluable and can be one of the greatest gifts you have ever received if you are willing to receive it, prioritize it, and SIFT through the noise that comes with feedback.
This workshop will give the participants the opportunity to reflect on their personal struggles with receiving and implementing feedback and discuss strategies that will help them be at their best when receiving feedback.
