Working 8-3

Workin' 8-3, Promoting Self-Regulation and Flow in the Classroom

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This program is scheduled as a face-to-face classroom training during the Fall 2020 semester, but may be moved online due to future recommendations for distance learning due to the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Any updates will be posted on this page and all enrolled students will be notified by email of any anticipated curtailments.

From early morning until mid afternoon, Monday through Friday, students and teachers struggle to be able to focus, stay on task, make transitions, and produce and accomplish the academic work expected for that grade.

Come to this seminar to learn how to create balance, infuse brain breaks, and create a sense of fluidity and calmness in a busy classroom setting. Work smarter, not harder - and breathe!
