Eric has over 15 years of experience in data analytics and leading analytic teams in health care organizations. Eric feels that team members are just as important as technology and that technology, while important in its own right, enables the talent and intellect of the people who use it. He is responsible for Analytic Strategy, Data Governance, analytic functions and the oversight of the Data Warehouse at Martin’s Point Health Care. He ensures the delivery of analytic products and services and that those deliverables support the company’s strategic objectives. Motivated by the pursuit of knowledge and insights and how it can be used to improve the health care system, Eric is a member of several boards including the IBM Board of Analytics Excellence and the UNH Health Management & Policy Advisory Board along with being a lecturer for the UNH Graduate Analytics and Data Science Programs.
