Leslie Adams

Leslie M. Adams, Ph.D.

Leslie Adams is a botanist and plant ecologist who holds a Ph.D. in Plant Systematics, a M.S. in Plant Biology, and a B.S. in Environmental Conservation. She has taught courses in botany, ecology, regenerative agriculture, and general biology for UNH, the University of Maryland, and Great Bay Community College for almost two decades, and has taught plant identification courses for UNH PD&T since 2003. Dr. Adams has a broad knowledge of the New England flora and conservation biology. She specializes in ferns, grasses, and the floristic diversity of New Hampshire forests.
