Michelle Lepler, has designed and led workshops & classes for 20 years, while working at other design positions in New York City and Long Island.  Beginning in NYC as a clothing designer, her 30 year career has also included: costumes,  kitchens & baths,  cabinetry,  interiors,  jewelry,  pet products, and educational workshops. She has been fortunate to work with:  children, teachers, adults, teens, scouts, businesses, non-profit organizations, and civic groups. Her design degree is from Fashion Institute of Technology (NYC) and has enjoyed continuing learning in: technology, software, business, and naturally life experiences. Having her own company, CC&A Designs, she designs and sells her unique products to local stores (Nicole’s Hallmark), fairs (Dover Art Walk), and online (www.CCandADesigns.com), while designing kitchens for private clients. Most importantly she loves having time with her family, and helping others to discover their talents too.
