Who May Register

Registration is by invitation only to individuals from school groups approved to attend the conference through the NH Department of Education.

A limited number of private pay registrations are available. Complete the “Request More Information” web form.

Individuals may complete the “Request More Information” web form or contact your school group facilitator for the link to register.

Download a brochure to choose your sessions before you go online.

Returning Users who have attended other UNH Professional Development and Training workshops or conferences use the email and password of their LearnforLife account, but register through the Ed Summit link provided.  (If you have technical issues with your username and login or browser, contact LearnforLife at 603-862-7227)

New Users will be required to set up a username, password, and profile account. The address information entered may be the participant’s home or school address. It will not be used for billing purposes. Subsequent visits to the registration system will only require your username and password.

Save your user name and password to access your account.

Choose Your Breakout Sessions

Start by accessing your LearnforLife account, through the registration link, and choose the correct conference package:

Facilitators must choose the “School Facilitator” package.

Speakers and NH Doe Guests not affiliated with a school group choose “Speakers & Guests.”

All other participants associated with a school group pick “Individual School Group Participants.”

  1. Keynote speakers are automatically added to your schedule.
  2. Click “Add” to select a breakout session. Sessions may be sorted by strand/track, date, and time.
  3. When you are finished, click “Pay and Register.” Your cart total will be zero dollars unless you are a “private pay-general admission" participant.

Breakout session classrooms are matched to the number of registrations. Once the conference begins, we hope you will keep to your original plans as changes may affect your colleagues' experience in another session by over-crowding.

Confirmation of the conference registration with UNH for the Ed Summit are emailed to you from UNH LearnforLife.

Access Your Information

Log in to the Ed Summit registration link with your username and password. You may select, edit or print your session information at any time. A copy of your sessions with room assignments will be available upon check-in at the conference.

Cancellation Policy

School Groups

After July 19, 2017, no refunds or reductions are allowed in the contracted number of participants for any reason. However, replacing an attendee with another attendee, as long as they both represent the same school district, will be permitted.

Team members may change as summer plans and hiring affects availability. Individuals may cancel their registration at any time prior to July 19, but must also communicate a change of plans to their school administrator and team facilitator to identify a replacement.

NHDOE and the UNH Summit Staff will honor changes that schools submit due to changing personnel and other staffing changes prior to July 19, leading up to the Summit. After July 19, additional participants will be accommodated based on space available.

Schools received funds through an application process for “Title I Reallocation – Summer Summit” to attend the conference from August 2 to August 4, 2017. School awards fund each participant who registers through the process, representing a contract to send a certain number of team members to attend the Summit.

ANY change in the total number of attendees per district must be submitted to the NH Department of Education to the attention of Joey Nichol at kathryn.nichol@doe.nh.gov

Two weeks prior to the start of the Summit –the deadline of Wednesday, July 19- the numbers of attendees established must be stabilized to insure that all the expenses of the conference are met. Therefore, there will be no refunds for a decreased adjustment to the numbers of participants that the NHDOE and UNH have on record to attend the conference as of Wednesday, July 19, 2017.

General Admission

Private pay participants may cancel without penalty two weeks prior to the conference. After July 18, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
