Presented by industry experts Gina Abudi, Janet Edmunson, Peter Hughes, J.T. O’Donnell, and Lynne Richards, topics will include creating a high-performing workplace, problem solving, team building, managing effective group meetings, flexibility, coaching employees, dealing with poor performance, and workplace collaboration.

“We are excited to offer The Dimensions of Leadership conference again this spring, which will focus on the same current leadership challenges, with some new approaches mixed in,” said Juliet Webber, Program Developer with UNH Professional Development & Training. “This conference consistently sells out, which speaks to the relevance of the topics offered, as well as the expertise of the speakers.”
