  • Jermaine Moore

    Jermaine Moore

    Jermaine Moore is the founder of The Mars Hill Group, a consulting practice that partners with organizations to support their efforts in building and developing highly engaged, high-performing teams.

    Jermaine has more than twenty years HR experience working across various industries introducing and reinforcing behaviors that drive business results and team performance. His areas of expertise include Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Culture Development, Team Development, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Communication Training, and Change Management.

    With a passion for Diversity and Inclusion, Jermaine currently serves as the Diversity Director for SHRM’s NH State Council and the Seacoast Human Resources Association (SHRA).

  • David Lee

    David Lee is the founder and principal of HumanNature@Work. He is an internationally recognized authority on organizational and managerial practices that optimize employee performance, morale, and engagement. He is author of "Managing Employee Stress and Safety" as well as nearly 100 articles and book chapters on organizational and individual performance published in trade journals and books in the U.S. and abroad. He has held positions as a supervisor and trainer in the corporate world and a clinician and trainer in the healthcare field.

  • Gerri King

    Gerri King

    Gerri King, Ph.D., is a social psychologist and organizational consultant to corporations, nonprofits, government, education, and healthcare. She works throughout the U.S. and abroad, with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Leadership and Supervisory Training, Conflict Resolution, Managing Change, and Creating Blame and Gossip Free Work Environments. Based in Concord, NH, she is a founding partner of Human Dynamics Associates. Gerri’s book, available on Amazon.com,  is called The "DUH" Book of Management and Supervision: Dispelling Common Leadership Myths.

    Amy Wood

    Amy Wood, Psy.D., is a Maine-based psychologist who--through psychotherapy, executive coaching, and training—helps ambitious professionals achieve more and stress less.  She is author of Life Your Way: Refresh Your Approach to Success and Breathe Easier in a Fast-paced World, an award-winning personal improvement book that surpasses quick-fix self-help rhetoric with a sustainable program for adapting to our perpetually hectic age.  She has been accepted into the prestigious National Speakers Association and is often called on for her expert opinion by media ranging from Maine Public Radio to Parade Magazine.  Dr. Wood earned her doctorate at Adler University and is certified by the College of Executive Coaching.

  • Derek Ahl

    Derek Ahl specializes in organizational behavior, strategic thinking and leadership development.  He regularly supports senior leadership teams and individuals using expert facilitation, consultation, executive coaching, and provides customized instructional design.  Known for facilitating tactical engagements such as board retreats, longitudinal cohorts, project implementation & collaborative ventures; Derek hopes to raise awareness, curiosity and compassion in leaders to help drive sustainable and just solutions for our changing world.  Derek holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and is an associate consultant and facilitator with numerous firms.
