Too often as educators we put ourselves last and don’t make changes until we start to physically and mentally crumble. We will focus on the 5 Foundations of Stress Management. You will get to examine the areas of your foundation that are weak and will make a plan to start building the habits that will strengthen your foundation. Your habit wish-list and plan will allow you to find balance and calm in the midst of the chaos and stress of life and work.
When you are cared for mind, body, and soul, you take care of and love the people around you. You can love life and your career again.
