Lalig Musserian

Lalig Musserian is Principal at the Musserian Consulting Group, where she helps clients with Agile transformations, including multi-level governance and methodology establishment, Scrum and Product Owner training, certification and Agile coaching.  Lalig is a PMI certified PMP, and holds multiple Agile certifications, including SAFe.  She has extensive experience leading complex technology and business projects, managing development teams, and designing product platforms in collaboration with business and technical partners in a variety of industries.  Lalig is a Pegaysystems  Certified System Architect (CSA) and Certified Direct Capture of Objectives Architect (CDA).  She is an adjunct Professor at Boston College, where she teaches the Agile Methodologies course, as well as the Agile Product Owership course.  She has been a guest speaker at Northeastern University, University of New Hampshire, Boston University, PMI, Mass. Department of Employment and Training, NECON, North Shore APICS and NERT and other venues.  Lalig is a former President and Executive Vice President of PMI MassBay. She has held leadership positions in several non-profit organizations as a volunteer, and has worked on projects in India, the United Kingdom, South Korea, Brazil and France.
