Bob has over 25 years of experience as a consultant, coach, facilitator, and trainer. He works with emerging and established professionals on leadership and career development; building real teams; supervision skills; diversity, equity, & inclusion; communication; and conflict resolution. He has consulted with a wide range of local and national organizations and worked with numerous individual coaching clients.
He served as the Learning & Organization Development Manager at Lesley University, where he developed and facilitated workshops and discussions on mitigating implicit bias for hiring committees and supervisors. He is certified by the International Coach Federation; NTL Institute Diversity Leadership Certificate Program; as a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certified practitioner; and as a CCL 360 Assessment practitioner.
