  • What vs Why: Articulating & Selling Your Value Rachel Bellman, CEO, Mill + CO
Most companies focus on their rational and tangible "what" - their products, offerings and services. They use their "what" as their main selling point, which doesn't take into consideration their intrinsic value, otherwise known as their "why". People make purchase decisions based on many factors outside of cost and rational elements; therefore, the art of articulating your "why" is a key to long-term success and building a loyal customer base. In this workshop, attendees will walk away with foundational tools to begin building value-based brand language, the basic building block of any successful marketing plan.

In this session, we'll uncover essential B2B social media strategies that work, no matter what the algorithm wants. You will be empowered to escape the overwhelm and take back control. If you're ready to stop playing catch-up and start creating meaningful content that sticks, this talk is for you.
  • You are Not as Interesting as You Think You Are (the art of editing) Troy Farkas, Seacoast Stories and The Ringer
Troy Farkas, the host and producer of the local hit podcast, "Seacoast Stories," will talk about the importance of grabbing attention in 2025, how to remove the ego from your creative work, why good editing is the key to making compelling content, and why you're not as important as you might think.
