Jen Chadbourne is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of New Hampshire and a faculty member of the UNH Telehealth Practice Center. She teaches a variety of courses on the topics of nutrition, food science, diabetes, and telehealth. Jen also works clinically as a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. As part of a virtual care team, her clinical work focuses on the delivery of individualized diabetes care via telehealth and the integration of remote patient monitoring technology.
