About the Supervisory Skills Certificate Program
In today’s workplace, employees are often promoted to supervisory roles because of their technical expertise, but thriving as a supervisor requires far more. A successful supervisor builds trust, communicates with clarity, energizes their team, and creates an environment where people can do their best work.
This certificate program gives new or inexperienced supervisors the practical tools they need to guide, support, and inspire their teams. It also offers experienced supervisors the chance to strengthen and elevate their skills for continued professional success.
Certificate Requirements
This program is offered in Portsmouth, UNH Manchester, and Live Online.
