Best Practices for Supporting and Championing Organizational Change
Change is constant in today’s organizations—and while it creates opportunities for growth, it can also introduce uncertainty and stress. Supervisors and leaders play a crucial role in ensuring that change is not only implemented, but embraced. Whether they are directly leading a change effort or simply supporting one, their ability to champion change, communicate effectively, and help others navigate the transition is essential to organizational success.
For many leaders, one of the greatest challenges is figuring out how to support a change initiative that impacts them personally, their teams, or their workflows. Change may be initiated at higher levels of the organization, leaving supervisors to both adapt themselves and help their teams move forward. To do this well, they must understand the purpose and value of the change, manage their own reactions, and create an environment where others feel informed, supported, and involved.
This one-day workshop equips participants with practical best practices for championing and supporting change in any role. Through discussion, tools, and hands-on activities, participants will learn how to reinforce the value of change, help others remain engaged and motivated, and contribute meaningfully to successful implementation.
