Build stronger workplaces through human resources expertise. Today’s HR professionals do more than manage policies—they shape workplace culture, drive organizational performance, and support employees at every level. Our Human Resources Management program is designed to help you develop the practical skills and strategic insight needed to navigate the complexities of the modern workforce.
Explore topics such as employee relations, performance management, compliance, workplace diversity, and leadership development. Whether you're new to HR or looking to stay current in a rapidly evolving field, this program offers flexible learning options—available in Portsmouth, Manchester, and live online via Zoom—to fit your goals and schedule.
Human Resources Management Certificate
This flexible certificate program is ideal for both seasoned HR professionals and those newly stepping into the field who are seeking to broaden their expertise. Participants can tailor their learning experience by selecting six workshops from a robust menu of timely and relevant topics—ranging from core administrative functions to the complex interpersonal dynamics of managing a diverse and evolving workforce.
SHRM Certification Test Prep
This comprehensive program, led by a SHRM-Certified HR practitioner, prepares you to earn your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP with a detailed review of the current SHRM Body of Applied Skills & Knowledge® (SHRM BASK®).
