This interactive, full-day workshop provides managers, supervisors, and HR professionals with a comprehensive understanding of workplace accommodations, leave entitlements, and religious rights. Participants will explore the legal framework and practical applications of the ADA and PWFA, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and state-specific leave laws, as well as Title VII’s protections around religion in the workplace.

Through case studies, discussions, and scenario-based exercises, attendees will learn how to:

  • Navigate medical, family, and other leave obligations.
