This program, specifically developed for HR professionals, provides a simple process for day-to-day management of HR initiatives, regardless of their size and impact within the business, as well as how to socialize those projects throughout the organization to achieve support and buy-in for the project you want to launch. A HR-related case study is used to apply the concepts being learned in the workshop.
