They inspire others to bring their best selves to work and give 110%. They are able to unify diverse personalities around their employer’s mission and goals, and help people rise above the drama of personality conflicts. This highly interactive seminar, we will address:

• Leadership myths that often confuse people and prevent them from recognizing their ability to lead.
• The difference between leading and managing.
• What practices and qualities separate good (and great) leaders from those who are not.
• How to recognize potential leadership blind spots that could diminish one’s effectiveness.
• What it means to be a Servant Leader and a Leader Without a Title
• How to begin integrating these practices into the workday.
