In 2014, the Equal Opportunity Commission reported that a total of 88,000 discrimination and harassment charges were filed. As an employer or human resources professional, it is your job to handle complaints such as harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination that are filed by employees. During this interactive program, applicable federal and state laws will be covered. You will learn how to conduct sensitive internal HR investigations to help maximize the chances of resolving disputes before they explode into legal nightmares.
