Leading in Times of Uncertainty

Participants will explore key leadership topics relevant in today’s climate of change and uncertainty.

This interactive session will provide opportunities for group discussion, case study analysis, and individual reflection. Topics include: leadership and exceptional performance; developing a resilient and motivated team; fostering operational excellence; creating and sustaining positive change; and creating a culture of engagement.

Participants will emerge from the series with a better understanding of personal, team, and process management, as well as planning for positive change and creating a culture of long-term engagement.

This workshop can be counted as one of the elective courses in the Leadership & Management Certificate Program, or taken as a standalone professional development program.
