Model for Treating Anxiety, Depression and Low Self-Esteem

In this workshop, you will learn to integrate motivational skills, bibliotherapy, cognitive, behavioral and interpersonal models of therapy to effect therapeutic change. Individuals who previously required months of therapy can now experience significant improvement in just a few sessions. An opportunity for both observation and hands-on practice will be available.

This workshop is not designed for working with severe autism, developmental disabilities, or very young children.
