In this interactive seminar, you will examine models of negotiation (win-win, win-lose) and will experience adapting negotiation styles to fit a particular situation. The desired result is to have the coach be able to give the client the skills for increasing their chance of getting what they want and need at work. The seminar leader will share her experience learned during a decade of conducting labor negotiations.
(This is part of the Professional Coaching Certificate Program, but you do not need to be enrolled in the program to take this seminar.)
