In this workshop, you will explore your authentic self as a trainer and how that emanates in a learning environment and impacts the learners. It will require you to critically reflect on yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, your beliefs and behaviors, and your biases within learning environments.
The workshops will focus on exploring andragogy, the experiences and motivations of an adult learner.
Amy Wood, Psy.D., is a Maine-based psychologist who--through psychotherapy, executive coaching, and training—helps ambitious professionals achieve more and stress less.
