Supply Chain Basics for Project Managers

In today’s global competitive market, Project Managers are finding firsthand how the complexity and risk of a supply chain can impact any project across all industries. Project Managers are exposed to a myriad of supply chain issues due to global events, localized interruptions, labor shortages, and inflation causing significant effects to their project deliverables schedules, and financial budgets.

    Peter Horton, MBA, brings more than 25 years of industry experience commercializing small and large molecule drugs, and medical devices.  Peter has held leadership roles in both early stage and commercial organizations.

    Peter has held various positions at large and small companies including Boston Scientific, Lantheus Medical Imaging, Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, and TScan Therapeutics, Inc.

  • Dave Delmonico

    David Delmonico, MSM, brings more than 20 years of Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management experience in the medical device, telecommunications, electronics, and consumer products industries. David has held various global strategic sourcing positions with both small and fortune 500 companies including New England based companies Teradyne, Compaq, Bemis Associates, Smith Medical and Velcro Companies.

    David is passionate on driving value creation within the global supplier network and the sharing of experiences and best practices.
