Training is much more than providing a how-to guide to attendees. Effective trainers are catalysts that help participants, i.e. their audience, connect to the provided material and content in meaningful ways. This begins with the trainer understanding the assessed needs, identifying goals, putting together a sensible design and delivering it through appropriate mediums using techniques that fit the audience.
In this workshop participants will learn to engage with both the content and the audience, include interactive and engaging techniques for discussion, build learning communities and apply best practices with regard to adult learning and presentations in both the design and the delivery. Formal trainers, managers and organizational leaders will benefit from this workshop to raise capability in training others.
