UNH Professional Development & Training (PD&T) offers active duty military service members, reservists and veterans a 10% discount on UNH Professional Development & Training workshops and conferences. Use the code PDTMILITARY in the 'Apply a Discount' field when registering online. Discount does not apply toward programs offered through external partners. USNH Employee Noncredit Tuition Benefit
If you are a benefits-eligible University System of New Hampshire (USNH) employee, your tuition benefit will cover approximately 50% of the registration fee for many Professional Development & Training noncredit offerings. The benefit covers the calculated tuition amount minus the cost of meals and materials. The benefit may exclude some special programs and/or partner online noncredit offerings.

Step 1 | Request Your Tuition Waiver through Workday
- Choose 'Applying for Self'
- Read and accept the Legal Agreement
- Select 'University of New Hampshire - Noncredit' under 'USNH Institution of Course'
- Select the Fiscal Year, Semester/Term, Credit/Non-Credit, and Number of Courses Requested (1), and indicate whether the course is being taken during scheduled working hours. Please notify your supervisor that they will need to approve your request if course is being taken during working hours.
Step 2 | Register through Learn for Life
- During checkout on the Learn for Life site, you will be prompted to 'Apply a Discount'. Enter code USNH (case-sensitive). Your registration fee will automatically re-calculate to reflect the tuition benefit discount.
Please note: Your registration is not finalized until the discounted enrollment fee is paid. PD&T does NOT accept USNH pCards; please use a personal card or select 'pay by other method' at checkout and contact our main office to initiate a departmental journal transfer.
