The Fully Valued Educator: Practicing Self-Care to Better Care for Others

A Mindfulness-Based Retreat for Educators

Overview

Embark on a transformative journey of self-care and community with our mindfulness-based, experiential retreat designed specifically for educators. Discover how the Full Value Commitment (FVC) and its six principles can serve as a powerful framework for creating safe, supportive, and effective learning communities.

Over the course of this three-day retreat, you’ll explore the FVC’s core principle: "Care for Self and Others." Much like the airplane safety reminder to “put your oxygen mask on first,” this retreat emphasizes the importance of prioritizing your own well-being to better serve those around you.

Unlike traditional professional development, this experience is centered on you—your growth, your wellness, and your ability to lead with intention and balance.
