Grant Management Essentials for Nonprofits

What happens AFTER you have been approved for a grant? This course is about how to manage a grant once it's been awarded, including documentation, financial tracking, evaluation, reporting, communicating with funders, and more. Effective grant management is key to establishing strong relationships with funders and creating a solid track record. Without effective grant management, your organization is at risk of losing your funding, getting audited, or worse case, having to give back the grant award. This can also make it hard to get future funding.  Much of the course will be about how to effectively track and report quantitative data on your progress, as well as collecting qualitative data and stories about your grant’s impact on your mission.
