In this workshop you will discuss how to identify the base of support for your nonprofit organization to establish or increase its annual fund. You will learn how to get the board members and insiders to participate in the annual fund process. You will also identify eight strategies for building annual support and strategies to keep your annual fund donors contributing each year. Finally, get the most out of your annual fund by learning how to identify donors who could give more, much more!
