Brooke Moran’s purpose is to empower individuals and organizations to align passion with impact, fostering purpose-driven leadership and creating thriving workplaces. For over 20 years, Brooke has been helping elevate organization and supporting leaders to develop their skills and find purpose through:

  • Talent management strategy consulting
  • Coaching, culture curation and leadership development programs

She has worked with executives from companies like PwC, Microsoft, Hasbro, John Deere, UPS, Ericsson, Fidelity, Schneider Electric. She also works with purpose-driven non-profits and government agencies.

For many years, Brooke has served as adjunct faculty at Dartmouth College's Tuck School of Business and University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Brooke's areas of expertise include talent management, sustainability employee engagement, culture curation, professional/executive coaching, thought leadership, and program design and facilitation.

In addition to being Co-Owner at Path Collective, she's an emeritus professor at Western Colorado University, where she still advises in the Outdoor Industry MBA program.

She authored Organizational Heartbeats (Routledge, 2020) and as well as The Business of Purpose: A Workbook to Elevate Employee Engagement & Organizational Results
