Deb Shannon draws on her solid knowledge of communication principles, as well as her experience as a professional speaker, corporate trainer, and human resources coach to help you reach your communication goals. She has delivered worksite trainings at all levels of the organization for twenty-five years. She instructs at Dartmouth College and in businesses throughout New England. Deb is a certified coach through the International Association of Coaches and Conversational Intelligence®. She facilitates workshops and leads culture change initiatives in Team Building, The Neuroscience of Conversations that Hit the Mark and Positive Intelligence®, Speaking Professionally, and Effective Meeting Design. Deb Shannon is a Fulbright Scholar and an award-winning Customer Service executive.
