Mike Neilio

Mike is an organizational change agent and consultant, published author, and research scientist. With more than twenty years within business systems and corporate environments, Mike has a unique and insightful approach to change in the workplace. His diverse global perspective has created positive student outcomes all over the world including China, Qatar, and France. As a seminar facilitator, he engages attendees to actively participate in learning. 

His current work focuses on neuroscience of leadership and teams in the workplace, change management, organizational effectiveness, long-term leadership development, culture strategy, and organizational well-being.

He holds multiple degrees including: A.S. in Computer Graphics, B.S. in Financial Services Management, M.A. in Organizational Psychology, and is finalizing a Doctorate in Leadership Psychology focused on Neuroscience. He has instructional team experience with the Essentials of Management course at Harvard Extension School and multiple Organizational Psychology courses at William James College.
