Susan DeMarco

Sue DeMarco, instructor in both Facilitation Skills and Appreciative Inquiry for UNH PD&T, is the former Director of Organizational Development at Exeter Hospital, Exeter, NH.  

Sue has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of NH and also holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF), the premier international professional coaching organization.  She was fortunate to have had many opportunities at Exeter Hospital which allowed her to increase her knowledge and skills and gain a number of certifications relating to group dynamics and organizational development.  She worked with leadership and project teams and taught Facilitation Skills and Appreciative Inquiry as part of her Organizational Development role.

In her 23 years at Exeter Hospital she was also a coach to physicians and leadership.

Sue enjoys sharing these techniques with others as she has personally witnessed the benefits to individuals, teams and their organizations.
