The Voice of the Customer (and why happy customers are your greatest marketing channel)
Kevin Dunn | Manager,  HubSpot Academy Education | HubSpot
Loyal customers grow a business faster than sales or marketing.  However, if we never ask for customer feedback, we’ll never understand what drives customer satisfaction.  If we don’t know what drives satisfied customers, it will be impossible to create customer loyalty.  But just asking for feedback isn’t enough.  You need to properly analyze and prioritize feedback and drive action-orientation around it—and voice-of-the-customer optimization is your playbook.

A Battle-Tested Franmework for Planning Your 2020 Digital Efforts
Alec Newcomb | CEO | ScaledOn

Smartphone Video Production Tips & Tricks
Candy Osborne | Founder | Snowbird Creatives

How UX Research Can Impact Sales & Marketing
Fred Schall | Owner | Schall Creative
A small business or organization needs to be thinking about how their online visitors are using the company website.  What products or services are users visiting most and why?  Is the checkout process smooth and efficient?  Can there be improvements when we think about customer service online?   In this breakout session, you will learn the importance of discovering what is on the other side of the table by conducting online surveys, user interviews, analytics and focus groups.  We will explore having a conversation from client focused projects to user focused experiences by leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar and marketing automation platforms.  The goal is to make continuous website enhancements that have a purpose, that are measurable and ultimately, that create an impact in sales and marketing for an organization.

Strategic Use of Landing Pages in Digital Advertising
Joe Savitch | Marketing Manager | Altos
Landing pages… you have heard of them but do you need them?  YES, yes you do! If you are spending money on digital advertising, (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook) or email campaigns, what happens to that traffic when it gets to your site?  Are you just dropping every visitor from every channel onto your homepage?  No, no no… we can do better than that!
