Defining Your "Why" - A Blueprint for Success | Rachel Ballatori, Founder, Mill + Co
Most brands can articulate what they do, or what their product or service is and does. Few brands, however, can articulate why. And not why we believe in ourselves, or why we stand by our product, but why our target audience believes in us, engages with our product or service, and then refers us to others. To understand the why, you need to understand the blueprint of your brand. At Mill + Co., we've developed a highly-detailed, strategic and in-depth process known as the Blueprint Phase, which serves to establish and define your brand purpose, identity, positioning, and your "why". Afterall, you'd never build a home without a blueprint first. Your marketing efforts should be treated with the same level of thoughtfulness, strategy and planning.
