COVID-19 Reopening Plan Training provides business owners, operators, managers, and custodians a 6-point plan to sustain a socially distant workplace while continuing to achieve customer satisfaction. The focus of the workshop will be to successfully understand and translate current written OSHA, CDC, and State Governor guidelines into a practical prescription for your business.

Each workplace, work zone, and work type has unique considerations to give employees the confidence to return to work all the while building consumer confidence. A well-planned reopening will help smooth “right-first-time” execution while making accommodations for ramping up at varying scales.

During this workshop, a 6-point reopening plan will be presented based on existing occupational health & safety best-practices, while also taking into account current COVID-19 guidelines.

Participants will breakout into groups to workshop a sample reopening plan to gain practical experience in the creative, collaborative, and compliant process of developing a plan.
