Residential Program at the Mountain Club on Loon Mountain
This multi-day residential program for leaders and managers will combine a variety of activities, team and group discussions, presentations, and case studies that are designed to help you become a high performing leader.
You will gain the practical tools, techniques, and operating philosophy necessary to reach higher levels of team and organizational performance. It will also help you understand what you need to do to create an ideal operating state, with a set of guiding principles that will not only inspire your organization or teams to achieve the new vision, but will allow for the creation of a very special and enabling organizational culture that supports all efforts.
Core program themes that will be presented and explored will help you craft a strategy for dramatic increases in the performance of you and your organization. The objective will be to enhance, transform, and elevate your leadership skills; teach you how to better develop high performing teams, create operational excellence, and shape your organizational culture into one of engagement. The bottom line will be to create personal standards of excellence and organizational greatness.
The program will be a combination of presented material, team/individual activities and debriefings, and lessons learned that can be applied at your organization.

Peter Hughes, M.Ed., is a part-time faculty member at the University of New Hampshire’s Paul College of Business and Economics, where he teaches organizational behavior. He also teaches at Cambridge College’s Graduate School of Management leading courses in operations and total quality management, organizational development, and transformational leadership. Peter has worked with numerous hospitality and service organizations. More recently, he was hired by the country of Anguilla to help improve the tourism experience for international visitors. Peter’s business career encompasses diverse industries where he has served as Manufacturing Manager, Corporate Project Manager and Director of Organizational Development. He is also the President & CEO of High Performing Leadership, Ltd, and the author of the book, Leadership and the Road to High Performance.
