Voice Your Vision: Communicate with Confidence, Clairity, and Compelling Influence
What happens when you combine the techniques that the world’s best actors use to captivate their audiences both on stage and on camera with a tried and true communication framework used at top consulting firms like McKinsey?
Acting isn't just drama—it's raw, real, and resonant. We're blending theatrical techniques with business communication strategies to:
-Shine from the Start - Nail that first impression, whether it's a job interview, a team meeting, or a networking hustle
-Be Unforgettable - In a world buzzing with voices, make yours echo the loudest and proudest
-Command Your Crowd - Elevate every Zoom or in the room performance with leadership that resonates
-Magnetize & Mobilize - Forge deeper connections, inspire action, and lead with unparalleled authenticity
-Banish those public speaking jitters for good
-Articulate with authenticity that’s true to you
This is not a typical improv course. The curriculum combines the communication techniques of the world's best actors with a tried and true communication framework used by some of the largest consulting firms in the world such as McKinsey, Accenture and Bain. You’ll leave with a framework that you can apply to any form of communication. Be it a Slide Presentation, Interview, Networking event, Performance review or any situation where you’ll be asked to communicate value.
This is NOT a one size fits all course. You are a 1 in 8 billion human and we get that. You’ll be asked to show up as the unique you and celebrated for that.
If you’re someone that wants to level up their communication in any setting and make sure your voice is heard and you are seen for who you really are, this is the place to be.
With a career path that is anything but linear Michael Cinquino brings a unique perspective to the world of brand storytelling. As SoHo Creative’s Artistic Director, his approach to storytelling draws from his foundations as a performer with a BA in Acting and Directing from DeSales University and an MFA in Acting from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University.
As an adjunct professor at the Paul College of Business & Economics at the University of New Hampshire, Michael crafts a course in Authentic Communication, sharing the art of meaningful relationships in the business landscape.
Michael's journey is enriched by his time serving as a Surface Rescue Swimmer in the US Navy aboard the USS Detroit, a role that brought him a profound understanding of commitment, collaboration and leadership under high stakes circumstances. He carried this spirit into his 15 year 15 collaboration with CIOSE, a think tank that nurtures innovation and facilitates deep connections among Fortune 70 CIOs. Guided by the principle that the more personal the narrative the more universal resonance, Michael crafts stories that inspire meaningful relationships and facilitate multi-dimensional growth.
