Michael Cinquino

Michael Cinquino teaches How To Talk So People Listen. (And Listen So People Talk) for UNH Professional Development & Training.

Michael enlisted in the Navy at 17 and went on to become a Rescue Swimmer on active duty aboard the USS Detroit. After completing his time on active duty, he went on to earn a BA in acting from DeSales University and an MFA from Rutgers University.

He carried that into a decade at the CIO Strategy Exchange, producing closed door events for senior Chief Information Officers at Fortune 70 organizations, where he saw what it takes to talk so people listen and listen so people talk.

Michael is the founder of SoHo Creative Studio and the creator of the Communication Dynamics Lab, the workshop he teaches here, which has been delivered at BAE Systems, Red Hat, Blockchain Capital, Life Sciences Outsourcing, and Lonza. He has taught communication for five semesters at UNH's Paul College of Business and is completing a Master's in clinical mental health at Northwestern University.
