In this workshop you will:
- Understand the similarities and differences between traditional coaching and peer coaching and discern the opportunities and challenges of implementing coaching in your team or at your organization.
- Learn a researched-based three-step model to apply a relational learning approach to your workplace performance improvement efforts.
- Gain clarity about what an effective peer coach does and does not do and the specific skills needed to foster positive peer coaching relationships and outcomes.
- Develop a strategy and action plan for further exploring and / or taking the next steps toward implementing peer coaching in your team or at your organization.
