Debra Schuler, B.S., Management and Founder of woman-owned small business ENSO Life by Design, is a conscious leadership consultant who integrates knowledge and practices from ancient eastern wisdom and modern western science to help people at all stages of career and life lead themselves and others more calmly and with more clarity, authenticity, purpose, and integrity.
She has an insatiable passion for personal and professional growth and development and a devotion to inspiring and advancing more compassion, peace, and joy in our world. As a transformational workshop and retreat leader, she incorporates the research-based principles and evidence from neuroscience and positive psychology, as well as more than 25 years of leadership development experience in large global technology companies, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and youth development organizations.
Debra earned her Certificate in Positive Psychology from Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar and the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. She is also a Kripalu certified RISE® Facilitator, a FranklinCovey certified 7 Habits of Highly Effective People® Facilitator, and Association for Talent Development certified Professional Trainer.
