In this retreat you will:
- Apply positive psychology and neuroscience to understand the true cause and effect relationship between success and happiness and increase clarity, focus, creativity and inspired action.
- Experience the mind-body-spirit connection by practicing deep, conscious breathing, mindfulness, meditation and simple, gentle physical movement.
- Engage in reflecting writing and journaling to rediscover and reconnect with your true Core Self to increase your confidence, motivation and resolve to make positive changes in your life.
- Begin the holistic process of “Doing the Work” that is necessary to identify and clear the clutter that is keeping you from achieving desired results in your life.
- Have many opportunities for personal introspection, gentle physical movement, creativity, social interaction, time outdoors in nature and fun with other like-minded women.
While the specific changes and outcomes that each individual woman desires and achieves will vary, all participants will gain key insights about where they are today and how they got there, actionable clarity about where their heart truly wants them to be and the support they need and deserve to start living their life by design. This workshop is designed for women who are striving to be, do, and have it all yet are feeling unfulfilled personally and/or professionally and are ready to dive in and “do the work” to be truly happy, successful and at peace with their life.
While this program includes elements of self-care, anyone in active crisis will be best served by private consultation and support by a mental health care provider.
