Human beings, by their very nature, are storytellers. Whether in the ways in which they communicate their thoughts with others, but also in what they tell themselves, and in how they navigate change, interpersonal dynamics, and their own fears. Mastering an understanding of the nature of stories, and how stories affect the work environment both positively and negatively, can make or break an organization’s culture. This course will give you an opportunity to explore your own deeply held stories, as well as help you to see and navigate the web of stories present in your organization in order to create a healthier and more productive environment.
This course is for current organizational leaders and future leaders.
