Behind Behavior: Identifying Lagging Skills, Unmet Needs, and Limiting Beliefs
Do you feel like you’re playing ‘whack-a-mole” with behavior challenges, and once you get one under control, another one pops up? Do you feel like your toolbox for responding to behaviors just isn't effective in bringing about real change?
This workshop will take you on a deep dive into how to investigate the underlying causes of behaviors, helping you better identify lagging skills and unmet needs. When we can do this well, we can address the root of problem behaviors by building in supports and teaching skills that reduce and prevent the behaviors.
This will be an interactive workshop with scenarios and templates to practice applying these concepts in a collaborative format.
